Introduction
Products purchased on blakshop.com are sold directly by Blue Distribution S.r.l. (Tax Code and VAT No.
03417140179).
Online sales are governed by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 and Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9
April 2003.
Customers are advised to read the General Terms and Conditions each time they visit the blakshop.com website
(hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
Order confirmation shall constitute acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, with no possibility of appeal.
By accessing the Site, Customers undertake to comply with the General Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Use set
out therein.
All commercial relations between Blakshop and its Customers are governed exclusively by the following general terms
and conditions of sale, to the exclusion of any other agreement unless made in writing. Placing an online order also
implies full acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Placing an Order
Orders may be placed online through the Site: www.blakshop.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Prices
All sale prices shown on the Site are expressed in euros and include VAT.
Prices do not include delivery charges.
Delivery charges are always borne by the Customer and are invoiced at the end of the order as an additional charge
to the selected products.
Despite our best efforts, we cannot rule out the possibility that, on rare occasions, an incorrect price may be
displayed instead of the actual one. We will always verify the accuracy of prices during the order verification
process and before shipping the products. If, due to an error, the price shown on the Site is lower than the correct
selling price of a product, we will contact you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the product at the
correct price. Otherwise, the order cannot be accepted.
Payments
Blakshop offers its customers the following payment methods: PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and Credit Card.
Credit card payments are guaranteed by Shopify Payments.
All transmitted data is encrypted and sent directly to the secure server.
No one, not even Blakshop, is able to know the details of the credit cards used, since the data is decrypted by the
bank under authorization from your credit card company only at the time of the transaction.
Furthermore, this information will never be reused except to issue the relevant refunds in the event of returns.
Shipping Terms and Delivery Times
Shipping is free for purchases of €70 or more.
For purchases under €70, the shipping cost is €7.50 within Italy.
Upon arrival of the goods, the customer is required to accept delivery.
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the GLS courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery
again on the following day.
Please note that couriers collect and deliver products only on business days.
Blakshop cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from delays in delivery, or from the loss of or
damage to the order caused by the courier.
If the order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, Blakshop may, at the Customer’s request,
investigate the reasons for the delay.
During this period (approximately 15 days), it will not be possible to issue a refund or arrange a new shipment of
the order.
If delivery is unsuccessful and no information is received from the recipient within 5 days, the goods will be returned to the sender and the amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
- What to do at the time of delivery:
- 1. Check that the package is in good condition and that the packaging (box and adhesive tape) has not been tampered with;
- In the event of non-compliance or visible damage:
- 1. Refuse delivery and fill in the acceptance form, stating the problem found;
- 2. Return the package to the courier;
- 3. Send a report to Customer Service at info@blakshop.com within 48 hours, describing what happened and indicating the order number.
- To enable Blakshop to contact them if necessary, Customers are kindly asked to provide:
- 1. A working email address
- 2. A landline telephone number
- 3. A mobile phone number
Failed Delivery and Storage Fees
If the courier entrusted with the delivery of your order is unable to find you at the shipping address provided,
they will attempt delivery again on the following day.
After the second unsuccessful attempt, your parcel will be held by the courier for the following 3 days, during
which a new delivery must be arranged.
After the 3-day storage period, or in the event of a further unsuccessful delivery attempt, the order will be
automatically cancelled and refunded, deducting from the total refund both the €6.50 shipping costs (even if your
order qualified for free shipping) and any additional storage charges.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (that is, a natural person purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide an explanation and without any penalty, subject to the conditions set out below:
- The right of withdrawal applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product;
- The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, including any packaging materials and documentation;
- By law, the shipping costs related to returning the item are borne by the customer;
- The shipment, until proof of receipt at our warehouse, is under the customer’s full responsibility;
- In the event of damage to the item during transport, Blakshop will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods at its warehouse), so that the customer may promptly file a claim against the courier chosen by them and obtain reimbursement for the value of the item, if insured;
- Blakshop is not liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments.
- Blakshop reserves the right to cancel and refund all or part of the customer’s purchase order without the need to provide any explanation.
- Blakshop reserves the right not to accept the Order, or to withdraw from the concluded sales contract, by promptly notifying the Customer at the email address provided in the Order.
To exercise this right, the customer must send Blakshop notice of their intention to do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Blakshop will refund the customer the full amount already paid within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods, by reversing the amount charged to the Credit Card or PayPal account.
The right of withdrawal is entirely forfeited due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the item (packaging and/or its contents) in cases where Blakshop establishes:
- 1. The absence of the original packaging and/or wrapping;
- 2. The absence of integral parts of the product (accessories, parts, etc.);
- 3. Damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
If the right of withdrawal is forfeited, Blakshop will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs.
RETURNS
To return a product, complete the online return request.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Return Request
The form must be completed in full and placed inside the package at the time of return.
Please make sure to ship the item in its original packaging, including the original label/tag in the case of
clothing items, and the box in the case of footwear.

Disputes and Liability
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation and/or execution of these General Terms and Conditions shall fall under
the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Verona.
The company reserves the right to amend the above sales terms and conditions at any time in the future.
